Photographer fees

These are my fees as of September 2025

£90/hr

Headshots from £15/10min

Cardiff outdoor Photoshoot

from £274 (includes £172.50 deposit)

Bristol outdoor Photoshoot

from £300 (inc. £180 deposit)

London streets & parks Photoshoot

from £950 (Inc. £500 deposit)

for businesses

I have multiple packages available:

£75pcm or £200pcm or £400pcm

50% prior deposit required

Deposits for outdoor photoshoots are non-refundable, made two weeks prior to photoshoot.

The fees goes back into the local communities.

For each photoshoot further distances than Swansea or Bristol come with other fees based off the cost of travel and accommodation

Cardiff will be a flat rate of £172.50 deposit with a final total of £540 for 4 hours, or £274 for 1 hour

Bristol £180 deposit, total of £580 for 4 hours or £300 for 1hour

Central London £500 deposit, total of £1280 for a 4 hours or £950 for 1 hours

Depending on future events I can renegotiate these rates, but these are the rates that I’m having to go off due to travel and fees to councils or fill offices.

I do have a rolling monthly package available for selected clients, these are prices fixed monthly aimed at an affordability rating for small local businesses to South Wales and the South/West England. Packages cover bespoke Photography and a tailored SEO marketing for the socials.

This starts from:

• £75pcm or three hours of photography a month where’s an additional £25 an hour which covers one social media platform, plus graphic design (e.g. posters, menus etc) from £40 per design

• £200pcm for 10 hours with an additional £20/hr, two social platforms

• £400pcm for 30 hours with £13.50/hr for extra, covers four or more socials, £15 per graphic design, cheaper printing fees

50% initial deposit before first day of service. Additional charges may apply, such as callout fees depending on location (these fees are reduced for each tier), extended brief/plans, or additional location fees.
